bespoke service
close to the bone will make every effort to
precisely match the colour you send us in order to produce
the necklace you order. if we are unable to reproduce the
colour of your choice you will be notified by email and
sent a full refund
or credit note.
return policy
all non-sale close to the bone jewellery comes
with a 30-day return policy. if for some reason you are
unhappy with your choice, close to the bone will make every
effort to help you find a suitable replacement. refunds
will be given at the discretion of close to the bone.
one-off commissions and bespoke items are non-refundable.
credit notes will be issued at the discretion of close to
the bone. jewellery that has been delivered broken or is
faulty will be replaced or credited, provided the damage
occurs before delivery or it's clear there is a production
fault.
items considered to have been mistreated or damaged through
wear and tear will not be replaced free of charge or
credited. all jewellery items to be credited must not have
been worn and should be returned in the original packaging
and a copy of the sales receipt emailed to you at the time
of purchase.
so to return or exchange the item you must:
(a) not have worn it
(b) return it in its original packaging, with a copy of the
sales receipt
(c) package the item responsibly and send it by registered
post. for your protection please insure the package for the
full amount of the invoice, plus the cost of postage. close
to the bone is not responsible for items lost or damaged
during posting or shipping
(d) clearly print your name and address on the outside of
the package
postage, handling and insurance costs will be refunded only
if close to the bone has not fulfilled its obligations.
