is the jewellery made in the UK?
yes. every piece is designed and made in london by close to the bone's designers. we do not import finished jewellery.


when will my order be delivered?
within three working days. we will let you know as soon as possible if there are likely to be any delays.


how can i pay?
if you live in the UK you can pay by credit card or debit card. after selecting the items you would like to purchase you will be directed to paypal's website where you can complete your order.


how will my order be shipped and how much will it cost?
as of january 1, 2008 shipping within the UK costs £3.50 for the first item and £1.00 for every addition item ordered. all jewellery is sent by standard delivery and is insured.


can you ship my order to a location outside the uk?
no, unfortunately we are unable to take orders from outside the UK at this time.


i want to order a bespoke piece of jewellery. when will it be delivered?
